So if you haven’t shopped at Shein before, you may (like many others) have some hesitations. Some common hesitations about shopping online at Shein.com are:

However, I can speak from experience over the years that I have had really good experiences ordering from Shein for the most part. Of course, you may have something come in that is way off or doesn’t fit. But given the price that is expected. Their online returns process is actually very easy and fast though so don’t be scared to order things to try.

How Long Does It Take For Shein To Deliver?

What Is Shein’s Return Policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your Shein item, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Shein accepts returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. However, there are a few exceptions to this policy.
Some items are non-returnable, such as bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories. Additionally, items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. It’s important to note that Shein does not offer exchanges, so if you want a different size or color, you’ll need to return the item and place a new order.
