Mercier Orchards, nestled in the heart of Blue Ridge, is a cherished family tradition where visitors can partake in the delightful activity of hand-picking their own fresh apples. This is a great activity year round, but I highly recommend going in the fall. Just plan your day accordingly during the fall season because it gets insanely busy.

 Additionally, visitors can treat themselves to an array of homemade baked goods, from delectable pies to mouthwatering pastries, and savor the distinct flavors of local ciders, samples of apple butters, and more. I got the iced apple cider and it was amazing!
